Blog-tastic! My Inspirations

I've got admit, blogs are pretty great. They're like these nice digital journals that cover everything from action figures to fandoms to tuna fish sandwich recipes to 'caring for your yorkie' tips. Plus, you can access them at any time. What a deal! Now, as a blogger myself, I clearly have some major blog inspiration. You know how some people turn to fitspo? I have blogspo! Here are some of my absolute favorites.

Mark's Daily Apple
Welcome to the realm of the Primal Lifestyle! Loaded with fitness tips, tons of information, and wonderful recipes, I visit Mark's Daily Apple pretty much every day. Created by Mark Sisson, the genius behind Primal Living, this blog is a must. My family has given the Turmeric and Ginger Fish and the Lamb Shakshuka a big thumbs up. As for the Primal Korean Bibimbap? That stuff is freaking amazing.

All Day I Dream About Food
This is very true. All day, I do dream about food! Not only is dessert master Carolyn Ketchum relatable, but she can also whip up a fine batch of Low Carb Chocolate Pecan Bars. I made these this past Thanksgiving, and my grandparents didn't even know there wasn't any sugar. (P.S. The leftovers were gone in less than a day.)

Against All Grain
Danielle Walker's story is as heart-wrenching as it is inspiring. Her recipes are yummy, too. While she doesn't post a lot, I follow her blog loyally, and admire her several cookbooks. She is the way to go if you are looking for paleo!

Ruled Me
Some of the very best recipes I've made are from Ruled Me. There is no other way to put it - they are simply brilliant. Even my grudging sister, who hates "healthy" food, really enjoyed the Keto Beef Wellington! And those green beans I roasted for Thanksgiving? PHENOMENAL!

The Bulletproof Blog
He created Bulletproof Coffee, and Bulletproof Tea. Is that enough? Okay, not quite. The recipes are killer (I'm in love with the Buddha Bowls) and the information is fascinating. Definitely worth a quick look around!

Thanks so much for tuning in, everyone! Talk to you soon.
Carpe Diem,
Maya
