100 Blog Posts! The Road Ahead
Happy Monday, all! Today is a very, very special day. For those of you living in the United States, you're probably well aware that this is Labor Day! Labor Day, according to Wikipedia, "honors the American labor movement and the contributions that workers have made to the strength, prosperity, laws, and well-being of the country." How have you been enjoying your day off work or school? I know that I have been doing a ton of homework for AP Human Geography... oh well. But there is another reason that September 3, 2018 is noteworthy - this happens to be the 100th post on The Avocado and Me!
When I started The Avocado and Me in November of 2017, I had absolutely no idea that it would receive any viewers, let alone viewers who are both interested and engaged in what I have to share. To be quite honest, at first, this blog was merely a hobby for me. Now, however, it has transformed into so much more. My pastime has become a place to support a healthy lifestyle, happiness, and self-love. Over the ten months that The Avocado and Me has been around, we've formed our own little community of people around the world who are looking to enrich their lives. We have readers from Brazil, Indonesia, Ukraine, Ireland, Mexico, Canada, and so many other locations across the globe. We have worked tirelessly to inspire and promote kindness and wellness. And above all, we are just getting started.
I have enjoyed these past months more than you can possibly imagine. It is such a pleasure to hear your stories and ideas, receive fantastic guest posts, and know that my opportunity to reach out to so many people is just a keystroke away. Thank you, everyone. I can't express how much your enthusiasm means to me. So: what does the future look like for The Avocado and Me? It looks like pure joy, my friends. I have a few guest posts on the way, recipes to create, information to share, and love to spread like butter all over my little corner of the Internet. I have readers to communicate with, new things to try, and learning to do. In short, I have an adventure before me. Thank you so much for joining me on this journey; your friendship and support are worth more than a lifetime supply of avocados.
Happy Labor Day! Here's to another 100 blog posts.
